Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women today. Its incidence is increasing in the UK, particularly in those under 50.

Breast Cancer Hope was founded in February 2005 by a group of health care professionals working in the field of breast cancer and patients affected by the disease.

The charity is chaired by Professor Kefah Mokbel, Consultant Breast and Endocrine Surgeon at St George’s and the Princess Grace Hospitals, and Professor at the Brunel Institute of Cancer Pharmacogenomics, who is a leading expert in the field of breast cancer:
